As a young man growing up, my talents and interest were of art, design and building. I started taking college accredited classes at age 14 worked and practiced deliberately in these fields till present. After years of formal college training I worked for Two years at a high end custom cabinet shop before starting my own company. I worked on some of my fathers projects over the past 25 years. As a master craftsman he was my mentor He started out as an Army carpenter and worked his way up taking on renovation and new construction projects in the million plus range. My involvement always remained in the details on these projects. Although independent from him in business, we worked closely together even to this day and I have learned much about business and fine craftsmanship from him. These two terms don't always go hand and hand in the current marketplace and I suppose that's the challenge of remaining an artist . Adding to these accomplishments my company was able to push things to the next level by incorporating great design, innovation and art into my products and services. Reinvesting gains back into the company has been the key to remaining strong throughout the past housing recession.
