Had an extensive experience in Rashid Hospital which is a teritiary specialized  academic hospital with capacity of 771 + beds that is highly specialized with surgical, medical, intensive care units, and operating theaters and clinical support which was founded since March, 1973 . My main experience was in Male Medical & Male Surgical ward where I spent most of my experience. Our staff assignments were not less than 7 to 8 patients daily varying between High dependency , Close observation & Low dependency with respect of ranging of their scope of diagonsis that varies also among Cardiac to Respiratory , Neuromedical , Gastro & Contagious diseases as well . Minor respected experience was spent also in the Operation Theatre , ICU & CCU as a part of My Orientation 1st year. Rashid Hospial has also" the state-of-the-art" Emergency and Trauma Centre, which is a regional centre of excellence for emergency and trauma care where I had an minor experience over there also. It has undergone expansions to keep up with the growth in population and increase in patient numbers. Furthermore , Rashid Hospital is a JCI accredited hospital since October 2007 and kept on achieving this accreditation till I left it on March 2016.Dubai

Gained Enough respected practical nursing experience in Psychiatric nursing field as trainning in both; Male Psychiatric Ward (W2) in Rashid Hospital & Al Amal Hospital. This trainning was accompanied with studying the course of Mental health nursing as third year nursing carriculum. University of Sharjah / College of Health Science was affiliated with Dubai Health Authority to allow 3rd year nursing students of applying their taught theoritical studies. Proudly finished this trainning after seeing quite enough psychiatric cases and dealing with them which ranges among Schizophrenia , Bipolar , Aggression , Drug Addiction , Suicidal thoughts ..etcDubai

Practical nursing experience was gained during studying Nursing in the 3rd year as being Senior Student Nurse. The Nursing Practice was sponsored by the University of Sharjah (UoS) - College of Health Science / Nursing as a part of Third year Practical Nursing Program and was affiliated with Ministry of Health / Al Qassimi Hospital - Shj. Nursing Practice in Al Qassimi Hospital was carried on wards ; Male Medical/ Male Surgical- Intensive Care Unit - Emergency Unit - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit as Practical demonstration of studying courses; Adult Health Nursing I , Adulth Health Nursing II , Critcal Care Nursing , Paediatric Nursing & Family health. Graduted with High skills in Nursing care , Critical Thinking skill of abroad of Case Scenarios , Advanced Therapeautic communication & good team working with hospital staff.Sharjah
