Data Centers:1. Lead Engineer and Project Manager for the redesign of a 7 MW live data center in Hong Kong. The scope of works included investigating the Single Point of Failures to redesigning the system to prevent these failures. As this was a live data center, the re-engineering works were carried our in phases.2. Lead Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager for a BMS replacement project on 4 nos. of live data centers in Jakarta, Indonesia. The project included identifying the Single Point of Failures in the BMS for each of the sites and redesigning the system to prevent these failures. 3. Lead Mechanical Engineer for a concept design of a 18MW greenfield data center in Singapore. The design was developed to achieve the annual PUE of the data center to be under 1.3.4. Lead Mechanical Engineer for a Detailed Design of an live data center in Singapore. The design included replacing the end-of-life chiller plant and heat rejection plant and adding additional mechanical equipment to increase the IT load from 12MW to 14.4MW. Global Corporate Real Estate:1. Lead Engineer and MEP Project Manager for a refurbishment of private member's club in Hong Kong. The project included a commercial restaurant with fully equipped kitchen and bar, office area and changing rooms for swimming pool. The scope of works included initial feasibility study, production of tender design drawings and specification, submission of statutory submissions, testing and commissioning to closeout and handover.2. Lead Engineer and MEP Project Manager for a 16,000 sq. ft fit-out project in Grade-A commercial building in Two Tai Koo place, Hong Kong. Closely coordinated with the client, project manager, architect, and contractor from conceptual stage to handover to deliver a high-end fit-out.
