I have an extensive background in building and delivering training, both virtually and in person. I also have several years of experience in developing online, self paced training. During my 14 years at Wolters Kluwer I have served multiple roles. I serve primarily as the technical trainer for Wolters Kluwer’s Passport Legal Matter and Spend software. I write, maintain and deliver courseware on administering it as well as aspects of its advanced customization tools. I also serve as a subject matter expert for both on both of those topics to my team and beyond. Although the technical courses are my primary responsibility I can also train end-users on their use of the tool in both standard and custom situations.Took existing ILT course material and re-mapped/redesigned it work as an eLearning. Phase-I of this involved recording instruction and demonstration content in Replay so it could be published as part of a Rise course. Phase-II involved replacing the instructional videos with interactive Rise blocks as appropriate. These courses were published in both HTML and SCORM compliant formats.Worked for several years with the Project Manager and Training Director to scope, design, test, and deploy a customized LMS named Savanna.Assist the Project Manager in Publishing and deploying completed eLearning to SavannaResponsible for writing and maintaining a 2-day course on the Administration Toolkit of WKs Passport Matter and Spend Product.
