Michelle Green embodies creativity, justice, and action in her numerous roles across EōS. She is the Chief Operations Officer and Head of the Food Security Solutions department and the Foundation at EōS. On top of that, Michelle is also responsible for EōS's environmental impact, resources, and developments. With over three decades of Operational Management experience, Michelle can devise strategies for various challenges all ethical companies face, such as how to incorporate recycling programs best, reduce utility usage, reuse or repurpose materials, and ensure that the company stays compliant with all environmental regulations, both nationally and regionally. She also heads EōS's membership in the UN Global Compact, the world's largest corporate sustainability initiative.The core of Michelle's work is translating executives' abstract ideas into actionable steps that clients and employees can readily follow. By formulating plans that allow idea makers to implement their vision, she has been instrumental in the implementation and promotion of projects around the world. Michelle's work includes actively advocating and planning sustainable infrastructure projects in heavily climate-affected countries, such as Jamaica, Peru, Guatemala, and more. These projects will impact the lives of millions of people by providing access to clean water, air, energy, and jobs.Her philanthropy and passion for supporting others reach not just the far-away corners of the globe but stay close to home. She spearheads several improvement programs within her company's office to push forward their SDG pledge, including team education and involvement with local charities.
