Manage a team Senior Recruiters to achieve client hiring objectives. The Global Distribution Recruiting team hires 1,700 + Associates in North America annually. This includes hires made through internal mobility and those made through full-life cycle external recruiting efforts. Serve as the Center of Excellence lead on Talent Acquisition Best Practices to include consulting on Diversity and Inclusion strategies, regulatory impacts to hiring, operational initiatives supporting Candidate Development and Experience, and overall Talent Acquisition Operations. Consult with Global Distribution Business Unit executives on organizational objectives, workforce challenges, talent management and succession planning during a time of immense and highly visible change coupled with aggressive hiring goals. Develop and direct Global Distribution’s Recruiting Strategy which has been designed to support multiple and concurrent talent objectives. Since 2017, the Distribution Talent Acquisition team has been focused hiring that supports the firm’s rapid expansion of its territory-based distribution capabilities, digital capabilities, and data analytics capabilities. Develop and maintain key external relationships with highly respected national executive search firms to ensure mutually beneficial service agreements and financial arrangements. Consult with HR colleagues and peers on increasing efficiency of HR’s and Talent Acquisition’s business processes using BPI, RACI and other project management techniques. Executing on the firm’s Associate engagement and Employment Brand Marketing strategies in conjunction with our corporate communications and marketing functions. Act as a spokesperson internally and externally on issues related to hiring. Currently hold the firm's board seat on Baltimore County's Workforce Development Board
