Having unlocked over $1 billion dollars in Enterprise Values for over 2,000 entrepreneurs and owners of SaaS, B2B Services, Tech, and eCommerce businesses on transactions of all sizes up to $100M, and being identified as thought leaders in this space with over 1 million active buyers, we are a team of industry experts and own the world’s largest database of comparables and know how to create high demand for our clients, resulting in the highest possible Enterprise Value for a company.I work directly with sell-side clients to identify all of the company’s differentiating factors and to ensure the company’s financials are in good shape for a sale to maximize deal value. Furthermore, not only will I represent a business from A to Z throughout the entire M&A process, but I will also work with the buyer of the company to help them finance the transaction.I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the deal process, as I have a background in user acquisition, product management, and entrepreneurship. I received my bachelor's degree in computer science from Washington University in St. Louis, and a master's degree in finance from MIT Sloan School of Management.
