• Project manage for 30+ annual events each year. • Work hand in hand with some of the largest trade shows in the United States, with a focus on maximizing overall event efficiency. • Train clients, exhibitors, and attendees in the use of Map Your Show software, using orientation and training sessions, on an as needed basis.• Answer technical support calls and emails regarding show management, exhibitor services, and attendee support inquiries. • Work closely with clients, to make sure they are utilizing the proper MYS components, to guarantee their software needs are being met.• Coordinate and support clients use of the floor plan, online directory, conference management, exhibitor data collection, and mobile app services.• Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver continued growth and value to clients, and the Map Your Show product.• Provide a consultative focus on new and existing business for MYS.• Travel onsite for event support, to prepare/maintain product locator kiosks and onsite booth sales software.
