Process Engineer developing new processes for expanding family of our near infrared imaging sensors. Also streamline and trouble shoot existing processes for current imaging sensor product line. All efforts are focused on improving our products and their yield and developing and producing new product. This includes failure analysis of and finding remedies for the production line and product. Extensive documentation of parts, fixtures and processes using Agile. Design of prototype and production fixtures and parts using AutoCAD and SolidWorks followed by procurement and implementation trials. Intevac's imaging sensors are manufactured in an ultra high vacuum (UHV) environment with insitu manipulating and monitoring of performance. All lab work done in environments that support high quality optics and UHV processes.Multiple certificates in field and name on two field related patents and one pending. Also shared recognition for development of proprietary process.Member of emergency response team (ERT) for almost entire career.

Inspection and report generation of equipment for safety certification. Familiar with SEMI standards and NFPA documents.

Maintained and operated processing equipment (ion implanter, e-beam evaporator, CVD system and other vacuum process equipment). Designed, fabricated and implemented fixtures to support processing of semiconductors.
