- assist sales, lead project manager and analysis team on accurately scoping project quotations- help to establish project definitions and schedules- develop and track project budgets, ensure project profitability and accurate billing- assemble teams of freelance translators and editors for each project- work with vendors to ensure quality implementation and strict adherence to timelines- provide excellent customer service and vendor support- meet project deadlines, troubleshoot issues and participate in required meetings- perform 3rd level QA on projects, customizing and implementing quality assurance procedures- manage QA process and compliance from vendors- assemble and verify project files for final delivery to clients- and other duties
