Nicole is a Sales Strategy & Planning Principal Analyst at Mongo DB. As part of the S&P team, she drives the analytics to uncover insights for the the Global Strategic Accounts program ("PODs") and the US Public Sector. Projects include building a forecasting pack for multi-million dollar accounts, creating a scoring model to determine eligible accounts in the POD program, and optimizing system structures for the Public Sector team.Previously, Nicole worked in the finance field as a Senior Consultant in the Business Consulting-Finance practice at EY. For over three years, she supported clients to resolve their pain points through future state design planning and analysis. She helped create cost allocation models, income statements, and blueprints for automations. Nicole’s skills go beyond finance, seen through her ability to build VBA macros, PowerApps forms and Power Automate workflows.Nicole has a MS Finance degree from The University of Texas at Austin, and a BBA in International Business from St. Edward’s University.
