I am an Application Delivery Specialist at CIB Egypt, where I work with a team of software engineers and IT professionals to deliver high-quality applications and services to the bank's customers and stakeholders. I ensure the smooth operation and performance of the applications, as well as resolve any issues or defects that may arise, using my technical proficiency, troubleshooting, and support skills.My passion for software engineering and quality assurance stems from my education and experience. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport in Feb 2022, where I gained a solid foundation in software development, testing, and quality assurance. I also completed two internships at BLOM Egypt, where I learned how to apply my software engineering skills in a real-world banking environment. Additionally, I obtained certifications in Artificial Intelligence Intro by IBM and ISTQB Foundation by Udemy, which demonstrate my interest and aptitude in AI and QA domains. I am always eager to learn new technologies and methodologies that can help me deliver better solutions and outcomes.
