Senior Ux Researcher
Current- Leads end-to-end UX research studies using various methods, including in-depth user interviews, unmoderated testing, diary studies, generative research, journey mapping, persona development, benchmarking, heuristic.
- Closely collaborates with financial services clients’ product and design teams to align on learning needs, frame the research approach, and build research interview plans
- Moderates hundreds of in-depth user interviews to explore user needs, pain points, and opportunities for improvement; includes research on American Express commercial platforms, such as Business Blueprint
- Analyzes qualitative data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to create value
- Generates actionable insights that help stakeholders understand users and improve the user experience
- Develops research reports that bring user needs and insights to life and influence product and design strategies
