Research towards the production of hydrogen by AQUEOUS PHASE REFORMING of ethylene glycol. The research focused on catalysts that were made of non-critical metals to reduce the use of critical metals in the industry. The research was part of the NOVACAM project that tries to find ways to use cheaper metals to catalyse the production of hydrogen from biomass molecules in order to REPLACE precious metal nanoparticles.
