Vendor management -New Item Setup/Maintenance (Partners Online, Syndigo Enterprise Data Suite )-Assist with the implementation of new methods of order entry in relation to EDI practices.-Create and submit invoices for payment-Item Onboarding-Deliver consistency in job performance by following key processes and identify ways to improve or simplify existing processes. Improvements are communicated through proper channels to ensure proper execution.-Support SAP business requirements utilizing SAP knowledge including but not limited to troubleshooting, training and report development-Create & Issue material codes and assign UPC based on the Global Trade Identification number( GTIN) allocation rules set by the global system of supply chain.-Partner with DEI leaders, ERGs and HR teams to execute DEI programs aligned with overall company strategy-Collaborate with the communications team to develop content for the annual DEI report-Participate in external DEI surveys and benchmarking initiatives to stay informed of best ERG practices-Coordinate scheduling and logistics for DEI/ERG meetings, executive and internal speakers, education and events

-Create, accurately document new incoming inquires. -Manage new requests and properly identifies situations that require follow-up to closure. Through each individual case from incoming inquiries, constantly informs individuals of progress until the issue is solved completely. -Gathering requirements and guidelines for new projects - Documenting issues with current processes/tools and finding resolutions -Ensuring the integrity of distributed information- ICD 10 Coding
