With over three years of experience in digital marketing, strategy, user experience design and customer relationship management (CRM), I am a co-founder of Synthron Media, a startup that provides digital marketing solutions to small businesses. Previously, I was a marketing executive at Janata Wifi, a software developer company in Bangladesh, where I helped launch and manage successful campaigns, create promotional content, and optimize user experience. Before that, I was an account planner at Oporajeo Limited, a social enterprise dedicated to changing the socio-economic condition of workers through handicraft production and marketing. There, I developed and executed strategies for branding, communication, and social media advertising campaigns. My mission is to leverage my skills and expertise to create value for my clients, partners, and community, and to learn and grow from diverse perspectives and experiences. I am passionate about digital media, business automation, ethical use of AI and social entrepreneurship, and I speak fluent Bengali and English.
