After Michigan Industrial Shoe (MIS) was acquired by Saf-Gard Safety Shoe I was given the role to assist MIS staff with the difficult transition to new hardware, software systems, policies and procedures. My ability to learn quickly and successfully troubleshoot proved valuable in helping all employees with their transition.

Utilized structure for submission of invoices resulting in nearly 100% payment rate. Independently provided Tier 1 & Tier 2 helpdesk support for between 15-20 locations until acquisition in April 2019 introduced more internal IT resources.
