🎓 I graduated from Sakarya University with a degree in Management Information Systems in July 2021, achieving a commendable CGPA of 3.34.📚 During my academic journey, I actively engaged in the Management Information Systems (MIS) community for a period of 2 years, holding diverse roles within the organization, including Management Assistant Director.🌟 Through my involvement in these club activities, I honed my skill set in event coordination, team leadership, crisis management, and effective decision-making in high-pressure situations.💰 A pivotal point in my career development was when I took on the role of Project Manager for a Cryptocurrency Exchange Platform project. In this capacity, I was responsible for overseeing the project's lifecycle, from planning and execution to successful delivery. I played a crucial role in defining project objectives, assembling a dedicated team, and ensuring that milestones were met within specified timelines. Additionally, I fostered a culture of agility by introducing the Scrum framework to the team. To achieve this, I organized Scrum training sessions and actively engaged my team members in Scrum-related activities, promoting adaptability and efficiency within the project.🧾 Currently, I serve as a Project Manager at a company specializing in e-transformation services. In this role, I am assigned to the delivery of significant, intricate, and mission-critical projects. My responsibilities extend to close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, as well as business partners, to ensure seamless project execution. I take pride in my ability to establish robust, dependable, and highly effective relationships with both clients and team members.
