CurrentThe Value Realization Office has the critical mission to increase the speed and value across all process, technology and data changes within SLC Management (SLC). The Director, Value Realization Office (VRO) is responsible for ensuring that the work of the VRO adds measurable business value, is relevant to the strategy of the organization, and meets the goals set by executive management.You will establish strategic partnerships to better understand business needs and priorities. You will drive adoption of Agile, SAFe, and other frameworks to support consistent delivery. As a center of excellence, you will disseminate best practices, provide training, and coach teams on quality delivery. You will monitor performance, compliance, and risk across programs. You will identify and address escalated issues impeding the speed of delivery. Through regular process reviews, you will pursue ongoing enhancements to our ways of working.
