• Solicit, recruit, subscribe and maintain provider directories within an assigned region as the lead Marketplace partner.• Conduct one on one provider education activities for subscribed providers to ensure program optimization, provider satisfaction and dispute resolution.• Assess operational needs to proactively identify process improvement opportunities, provider education needs, training program enhancements. Solicit and response to direct feedback from providers and/or their administrative staff.• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, as well as internal compliance regarding credentialing, confidentiality, and directory development & compliance.• Establish excellent relationships with Providers to better understand their challenges and generate processes that deliver ease of use. • Maintain Managed Corporate accounts to drive revenue and participation, while maintaining provider satisfaction across the organization• Facilitate meetings with key provider groups to maintain communication and support the practice needs and participation in the Marketplace platform.• Collaborate with multiple business units to resolve issues for assigned groups, while delivering continued updates through to resolution.• Responsible for recruitment and onboarding of identified provider targets to support organizational growth.• Responsible for credentialing and re-credentialing oncoming and existing providers

▪ Provide initial orientation and continued/re-education to network provider groups▪ Foster and maintain superior provider relationships, host stewardship meetings regarding upcoming program changes (travel approx. 70%)▪ Address escalated provider concerns which require corporate management attention▪ Create marketing material related to new product roll outs for provider distribution▪ Review participating provider data for integrity▪ Managing provider retention and coverage for the program▪ Ensure provider compliance regarding all aspects of the client program▪ Facilitate communications between internal teams and providers to insure provider data is of the highest integrity▪ Lead special projects per client directive to insure employer and member satisfaction▪ Deliver weekly/monthly/quarterly data reports to management Identify and develop contracting priorities for assigned territory to support contracting initiatives▪ Host weekly team meetings to present process updates and current status of quarterly goals▪ Quarterly audits of team data to ensure we meet the standards set forth in our SLA▪ Serve as mentor to team members to assist in developing skills that will result in successful resolution of contracting efforts▪ Create and formally document department processes▪ Prepare analyses, reports, and presentations utilizing data and summarizing trends
