My responsibilities included warmly greeting and establishing strong friendly relationships with clients and their pets. Other responsibilities included answering the phone and assisting clients with appointments, keeping front desk properly stocked and organized, opening and closing procedures and balancing cash at the end of the day.

As the Office Manager, I had numerous responsibilities including: Accounts Payable/Receivable, Payroll, Filing State and Federal Tax Deposits, Cashier, Bank Deposits, Purchasing, Merchandising, Assisting Customers with their Purchases and more.

As Bookkeeper I was responsible for: Bank Deposits, Billing Tuition, Balancing Bank Statements, Payroll, Federal and State Tax Deposits, Accounts Payable/Receivable.

As Design Specialist, I assisted customers with home design and decorating and helped owner with bookkeeping and management of business. Also, responsible for decorating spec homes for general contractors including measuring for flooring, wallpaper, window treatments and coordinating delivery and installation of materials.
