Internal to the organization I interface routinely with the president to develop vision and set priorities to ensure the mission of the Foundation is upheld. I also manage constituent research and engagement, event planning and management, as well as the development of marketing materials to enhance public image / awareness of the Foundation. I have also planned and implemented major fundraising through multiple campaigns. I have executed hundreds of events with professionalism and consistency for an ultimate tournament experience. My responsibility includes directing staff on key projects, acting as a lead spokesperson for the foundation, and I always manage resources responsibly to reduce operational costs and ensure full compliance with project budgets.
