Nancy is the managing partner of Sidley’s New York office, head of the Litigation group in New York, and a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. She is also co-head of Sidley’s international Investment Funds Litigation practice. Nancy focuses on complex commercial, white collar criminal defense, securities and bankruptcy litigation for private equity funds, hedge funds, major financial institutions, multinational corporations and individual investment professionals.
