Responsible for the timely and accurate set-up of database marketing programs using a wide variety of Mainframe and PC applications. This position required excellent attention to detail as well as a strong sense of urgency because time management is crucial. I worked on direct mail, sweepstakes, continuity offers, bounce-backs, and email programs. Coordinated activities across multiple work groups including Finance, Procurement, Postal Distribution & Logistics, Consumer Relations, Public Relations, Law, Outside Vendors, and Retail Marketing. Managed email reviews and participated in direct mail art reviews. Worked with Finance to ensure the accuracy of the brand budget. Also completed post analysis in order to measure the success of programs and make recommendations for future ventures. Mined the database to identify profiles, measure the effectiveness of name generation efforts, coupon redemption, and analyze program responsiveness.Responsible for developing comprehensive program design for materials and project schedules in support of retail, Horeca, merchandising activities, and event materials/essentials. Prepare timelines and process steps, monitor activity progress against milestones. Coordinate issue resolution with internal departments of program governance during execution control set up program tactics in systems (SAP, MRM, SMS/TMOS, CONNECT). Requisition marketing promotional materials and manage materials inventory replenishment to meet demand. Managed priorities, processes, and materials with insights plus recommendations on better and faster approaches.
