Prior to becoming an in-house attorney, Nancy practiced for five years in the intellectual property groups of Holme Roberts & Owen, LLP and LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae, LLP, concentrating on patent and trademark litigation. Nancy is co-author of the bestselling book published by the American Bar Association, "Injunctive Relief: Temporary Restraining Orders and Preliminary Injunctions". Nancy current serves as Vice-President of the Colorado Intellectual Property American Inn of Court. Nancy's trademark law experience includes policing and litigating trademark and domain name matters, litigating Opposition and Cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, prosecuting trademark applications, and structuring trademark licensing agreements.
