I have extensive experience in teaching adults and in online program management. I have over 20 years experience in directing hospital-wide education at 3 institutions as a Human Resource Development professional. During this time, I also developed self-learning computer-based training modules for an a nursing education company as well as for the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Hospital Organizations.I then entered the field of elearning and online education, first working as a contract Instructional Designer and then directing the elearning efforts at 2 higher education institutions in Florida. During this time, I implemented and managed the ANGEL LMS and also set up a program for certifying instructors to teach online. This involved developing policies, conducting courses for faculty both online and classroom-based, and overseeing the certification process. I also taught several online courses including Web Design, Technology for Educators, and Personal Health. Working on contract, I wrote documentation manuals for ANGEL as well as updated a online Instructor course.After providing client support for Blackboard, I changed positions and provided online training to Client Support and other units.I continue to teach online as an adjunct faculty for health courses.LMS: Blackboard, CanvasTools: Captivate, Camtasia, SoftChalk
