As an imaging technologist, I have been concerned with the effects of standard dieting, on the muscle mass and bone density of those who are genuinely seeking to benefit their overall body composition. In the wise fat loss system, I have found the avenue to maintain bone and muscle, while losing fat. I coach a 'lifestyle for a lifetime' program, which is workable and sustainable. I coach people to use a system of timing and combining of READILY available foods, to optimize digestion and support absorption in the fat loss process. Non-synthetic supplementation is encouraged, to optimize nutrifying the body for this process. Low glycemic eating throughout the process, helps establish healthy life-time eating habits.

I have a passion for for helping others navigate the maze of REAL FOOD supplementation, healthy eating, achieving and maintaining healthy body composition. My background in health care did not equip me to deal with the failing health of one of my own family members, when our specialist told us there was no more medical help available. This began my study into the pitfalls of synthetic supplements, the benefits of glycemic indexing, and deeply into the benefits of glycobiology.
