With over 8 years of dedicated experience in the senior living industry, I have passionately pursued the goal of enhancing the well-being and dignity of older adults. As the Program Director at Ivy Living, I have overseen the development and implementation of innovative and person-centered care programs for seniors with memory loss and cognitive impairment. In this role, I have leveraged my skills in customer relationship management and team leadership to ensure the highest quality of care and satisfaction for our residents and their families.Prior to my role at Ivy Living, I served as the Terrace Club Coordinator at Sunrise Senior Living, where I designed and coordinated engaging activities for seniors with early to moderate memory loss. I worked closely with our Resident Care Director updating care plans and implementing new interventions. Through these experiences, I have honed my abilities in compassion, communication, and creativity, always striving to improve the lives of those I serve.With my new role as the Associate Director of Sales (ADOS) at Sunrise Senior Living marks an exciting new chapter in my career. In this role, I support and assist the Sales and Marketing team in achieving our community’s occupancy and revenue goals. I am responsible for managing the community's sales and marketing database, maintaining sales collateral, and coordinating on-site sales and marketing events. Additionally, I work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing to advance leads through the sales process, conducting callouts, taking call-ins, and delivering presentations to internal customers.In all my roles, I am committed to upholding the values of Sunrise Senior Living and delivering exceptional service to our residents and their families.
