Lead trainer for second largest Multiple Listing Service in the world. Hired, trained, supervised, and evaluated 19 part-time contract trainers to serve 52,000 members. Over 9 years conducted technical training programs for more than 2,000 real estate agents each year. Managed course instructors and matched their skills with appropriate courses and students. Coordinated training curriculum and managed a flexible and constantly changing program to deal with multiple and varied goals for widely different companies. Presented new-member orientation training seminars (25-45 students each for 10 sessions per year). Provided post-training evaluation to management for enhancements to material development. Evaluated materials and continually revised presentations to increase effectiveness. Was responsible for learning new programs as the “Train the Trainer” representative.
