1. Troubleshooting hardware and software, including terminal issues, office computer issues such as operating systems, antivirus and other utilities, and hardware failure.2. Being familiar with all hardware and software used in the business, connecting and setting up hardware and loading all required software, and Installing and configuring work stations.3. Providing network access to all staff.4. Participating in orientation of new users of technology used by Garona Communications. This includes training of staff and clients about uses and potential uses of available technology, providing individual training and support on request, and providing recommendations about accessing information and support.5. Repairing of EVD terminals in the workshop or in the field as directed.6. Entering into the terminal maintenance log, assessments, done repairs or maintenance, and the current condition of each terminal looked at, with comments/recommendations also submitted for consideration.
