Responsible for the holistic development of the Taifa Technovation Hub in assisting learners in Iringa to get the best Hands-on learning experience in Science and Technology. The following are key functions I performed.-Provide suggestions for, input in the design, and support with administrative tasks required for partnership development with technical experts and other relevant partners as needed. -Signing MoU with districts to introduce STEM Clubs in their public schools.-Conducting all ongoing weekly School outreach programs, Including after school STEM Activities using Arduino and other Electronics Components, Camps, one-off events , Hackathons and Competition. These include activities onsite or offsite at schools or other locations.-Reviewing existing STEM Curriculum to help improve technical knowledge delivered.-Supporting professional development activities conducted for teachers by Organize Teachers training with a group of High school teachers and Primary School teachers.-Identify STEM and other materials needed to help improve Taifa Technovation Hub programming.

Tanzania

EdTech organization with the aim of helping Tanzanian students not only succeeding in Academically but globally by providing different hands-on activities focuses on STEM Education (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) further more introducing more Tanzanian youth's in 21st century skills and producing more Innovation practitioners.

As an IoT Trainer and Training Coordinator at HUBiquitoes, I am responsible for facilitating capacity building programs and supporting Digital Innovation Hubs (DIHs)/TechHubs in Tanzania to organize these programs. HUBiquitoes is an Innovation Action that aims to create a joint Africa-Europe Startup & Innovation Ecosystem for long-term collaborations and partnerships, and increase the technology level and capacity building of 30 local DIHs/TechHubs in 5 African countries.I contribute to the achievement of these objectives by delivering highly innovative training programs that cover disruptive technologies such as IoT, AI, and Big Data. Through the Innovation Enablers offered by HUBiquitoes - Solution Lab, Application Business Box, and MeetHub online platform - I provide technical and entrepreneurial development skills to DIHs and startups/entrepreneurs.
