Responsible for driving sales and profitability of an $800 million division prestige color cosmetics division that included; Chanel, Dior, Shiseido, and Clarins, as well as makeup artistry for Bobbi Brown, M.A.C, Laura Mercier, Bare Escentuals, Philosophy, NARS, and YSL. Negotiate innovative marketing ideas and identify key opportunities for growth. Supervised 15, plus seven direct reports.• Reversed negative sales with prestige brands and executed a three-pronged strategy that included intense negotiations with prestige brand executives, concentrated mentoring with regional directors who had critical care departments, and close communication with staffing to ensure sufficient beauty advisors at the counters to build the business. • Hand-selected to manage a team of nine additional staff members in San Francisco.
