Leads the North America Retail Operations team to provide all needed support to the store and field teams in US and Canada and to coordinate with all internal departments to deliver best in class retail practices for Owned & Operated and Franchise stores. (1 billion in annual sales) Lead & drive a high performance culture in the Retail Operations team by setting clear expectations and targets, holding direct reports accountable and giving appropriate and prompt feedback in the following areas:- Partner with O&O & WS VP’s Sales and their team to set direction, communicate priorities, and share updates and progress on operational standards and processes- Works directly with counterparts in the Global Retail Operations team and in other clusters to ensure consistency of execution and share best practices across all facets of the retail business- Work hand in hand with Merchandising and Demand Planning, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, IT, Training, Loss Prevention and Human Resources to ensure operational standards and processes are implemented comprehensively and in a timely manner-Ideate, create and drive advancements across retail platforms that drive efficiency and support sell out goal-Support and communicate to field and store teams on the day-to-day retail operations needs -Lead the development and roll-out of retail operation processes and tools.- Lead execution, management and advancement of consumer facing programs.- Manage the development and publication of sales team support materials (e.g., communications, new product launch materials & incentives) - accountable for facilities management, backstock organization, physical inventory counts, etc.- Provides direction for all store facing communication and communication platforms. -Provides support in special projects and global initiatives
