Monitor and support transition teams across the enterprise to ensure proficiency and timeliness in meeting major milestones in the onboarding, offboarding and relocation of physician practices integrated in the Tenet Healthcare network of hospitals. Provide direct support to markets as needed to bolster efforts related to larger, multi-faceted projects such as practice acquisitions and de novo practices. Manage multiple projects at one time through SalesForce. Work directly with all key stakeholders and services line leaders (such as market leadership, IT, EHR Support, Provider Credentialing/Enrollment, Finance/Treasury, Human Resources, etc) to solidify integration process across all markets
