CurrentBenefits Administration•Administer all company employee benefits programs, such as group insurance, life, medical, dental vision, COBRA, accident and disability and 401(k) for a 450+ employee population. •Provide new hire and open enrollment benefit orientations and ensure proper enrollment of elections. •Act as first point of contact for benefits related employee inquiries. •Manage the implementation of annual open enrollment data on an HRIS system for online enrollment.•Audit and reconcile monthly benefit plan billing and enrollments.•Design and implement Wellness Programs, communications and events.•Facilitate quarterly 401(k) meetings for staff. Manage and document quarterly board meetings. Responsible for facilitating 401(k) Loans and Lump Sum DistributionsWorkers’ Compensation•Educate managers and employees on workplace injury policy and procedure. Partner with Risk Control Consultants and Ergonomists to improve workplace safety.•Liaise with associates, managers/supervisors, physicians, and claims adjusters throughout the life of the claim.•Monitor, distribute, and update all workers’ compensation panels and postings•Leave Administration•Process and administer all leave of absence requests, including medical disability, FMLA and personal•Counsel associates on leave of absence policy and procedure•Distribute, approve, process, and track documents and requests•Track and monitor all leave activityPayroll•Responsible for the processing of benefit deductions from Benefit HRIS system to Payroll HRIS system•Responsible for: Calculating benefit adjustments, inputting 401(k) changes•Prepares semi-monthly HSA payroll report by compiling summaries from the benefit and payroll HRIS systems and analyzing the information for accuracy
