Current- Benefits Administration
- Administer all company employee benefits programs, such as group insurance, life, medical, dental vision, COBRA, accident and disability and 401(k) for a 450+ employee population.
- Provide new hire and open enrollment benefit orientations and ensure proper enrollment of elections.
- Act as first point of contact for benefits related employee inquiries.
- Manage the implementation of annual open enrollment data on an HRIS system for online enrollment.
- Audit and reconcile monthly benefit plan billing and enrollments.
