Hr Generalist/Administrative Assistant
Current- Handle the recruitment process for open positions which includes screening applicants, maintaining recruiting systems, writing offer letters, following up with candidates, assisting hiring managers, & reporting.
- Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
- Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments.
- HRIS
- Prepare employee separation notices and related documentations, and conduct exit interviews.
- Assist in benefits administration including plan design and development, annual open enrollment process and employee benefit communications.
