Focus: People Operations and Building a Diverse & Inclusive Culture.My career path has been a colorful journey, where I learned and gained new skills that have shaped the person I am today.➤Passionate about people and travel - I once spent 2 months backpacking through Europe and visited 21 cities and 10 countries.➤Perseveres to overcome challenges and grow from them - I once battled local residents who were aggressively anti-outdoor seating, but I found ways to compromise, resulting ultimately in approval and positive community relations.➤Adapt to different cultures - I've lived in more than 7 cities, including Amarillo, Texas; Seoul, Korea and Paris, France. ➤Adept at dealing with the unexpected - I once found myself negotiating with a NYC delivery driver who was determined to leave a refrigerator on a pallet in the middle of the sidewalk but ended up helping me install the casters in front of the store before rolling it inside.➤A problem-solver who thinks outside the box and follows through - One of my "worst" experiences is also one of my memorable moments. After an equipment failure and loss of A/C at one of the stores I oversaw, my team and I created a temporary and fun concession stand with RTD bottles and pre-wrapped snacks. My philosophy is “no task is too big or small” attitude. I have worn many hats in building a business: starting with customer service, serving as a barista on the floor; to management, making organization-wide strategic decisions. Building organizations is my specialty. From introducing Argo Tea to new geographic markets like New York and Seoul to developing the next generation of leaders in an organization, I am passionate about building a brand and an organizational culture. Through my journey, I have honed my people operations skills, with a focus on training, leadership development, and employee engagement.
