Veteran professional geologist with over 30 years of diverse environmental contamination investigation and remediation experience, including extensive experience with site contamination assessment and forensics, project management, pollution remediation, emergency response operations, health and safety protocol, quality control, regulatory compliance, cost estimating and accounting, project scheduling, waste management, CAD drafting and technical writing. Expertise: Contamination Site Assessments and Remedial Actions, Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, Soil and Groundwater Source Removals, Emergency Response Operations, and Storage Tank Removals and Tank Closure Assessments. Specialties include technical support for development of Site Assessments and Remedial Action Plans, with a focus on contamination delineation, environmental forensics and expedited site clean up. Other pertinent experience includes geological and hydrogeological studies, conducting technical staff training, funded cleanup site management, and environmental regulatory guidance.Currently serving as the Program Manager for the Florida Petroleum Restoration Program’s, Agency Term Contract for Apex, managing over 100 individual projects in the north, central and south regions; supervising FDEP authorized tasks including Contamination Assessments, Remedial Action Plans, Natural Attenuation Monitoring Events, Discharge Forensics and Release History Studies, Free Product Recovery and Source Removal, and In-Situ Soil and Groundwater Remediation at contaminated sites throughout Florida.
