I began my real estate career in 2004, combining my own love of creating "home" with helping others do the same. I am passionate about helping my clients find and create home, too--whether it's the exciting search for a first home, selling a home to pursue their next dream, or visualizing the possibilities of their current home. As a real estate agent, I am focused on helping my clients navigate the sometimes intimidating task of buying or selling a home. I learn what factors are important to each client and take the time to explain any aspects of the process in which my clients are curious or concerned about. My goal is to make sure the buying or selling process is as clear, simple, and hassle-free as possible, while educating and protecting my clients through every step of the process. My philosophy is simple: it’s all about the client, and what the client needs from me. I identify my client’s needs, figure out the best way to meet those needs, and then do the best job I can to perform that service and develop our relationship. For most people, buying or selling a house is more than just a business transaction; it is a very personal experience and can be a very intense process. Working with an agent a client feels comfortable with and who understands their needs can make all the difference, and I pride myself on being the agent who helps turn real estate dreams into reality. As an experienced agent, I take time to stay current on the local market, and I'm constantly strengthening my skills through continuing education. Operating with honesty and integrity are important values to me, and I always do my best to help my clients make the decisions that are best for them. I am committed to using real estate as a platform for making positive contributions to my community and enriching the lives of those within my community.
