As a Biostatistician at Novartis, I apply my master's degree in biostatistics and my skills in active listening, communication, and building trust to support the development and delivery of innovative medicines and therapies. I joined Novartis in Aug 2022, after completing a six-month internship in the same team, where I gained valuable experience in biostatistics and statistical programming. During my internship, I learnt about various aspects in the design and analysis of clinical trials, the preparation and review of statistical reports, and the implementation of data quality standards. I am passionate about using data and technology to improve health outcomes and quality of life for patients and communities. I am also committed to learning and developing my digital body language skills.
