Rajeev is a seasoned program manager and human rights advocate with over 15 years of experience in the social development sector. He has a Master of Arts degree in Sociology from Jawaharlal Nehru University, India's leading central university, and a Post Graduate Diploma in NGO Management from Jamia Millia Islamia.In his most recent role as the Country Program Manager at Restless Development India, he led and facilitated innovative and impactful programs on various issues, such as gender based violence prevention, SRHR, youth leadership, disability inclusion, livelihoods and climate change, in India and the Asia-Pacific region (in humanitarian settings). He also contributed to the agency's strategic direction and guidance as part of the Senior Leadership Team, and built and maintained strong partnerships and donor relations through a diverse team. The trainings were conducted with Delhi Police at its specialized Training Centre and was aimed at handling road accident victims, victims of bomb blasts, suicide, burns, etc. during such emergency situations. These were held on Fridays and on Saturdays through a structured module.Major involvement was with the Delhi Police Personnel of Police Control Room (PCR) as they were the first point of contact in such cases.I have recently been acknowledged by PVR NEST and Michelin India's Event- Steer to Safety Campaign for saving Road Accident Victim(s). Till date, I have saved 35 road crash victims in Delhi. Dr. Shashi Tharoor, Minister of State for HRD, Government of India graced this occasion. -

He was involved in CSR's UNDEF (United Nations Democracy Fund) Project on capacity building and training of 1000 women all across India to make them potential leaders and ensure their representation in the State Legislature's and Indian Parliament.
