Day to day management of team of Technical support consultants to provide premium customer service for clients and partner groups. Telephone Mentoring of Helpdesk consultants.Monitoring of internal support benchmarks required to deliver the optimal level of service;Allocation of resources on a day to day basis of National support team members.Ensuring the team actively promotes services and software solutions offered by MicrOpay including, recruitment, education, printed products, consulting & software sales and referred through call management system.Installation of many Sage applications for clients as required.Implementing applications using implementation models within pre-determined budgets and ensuring the meeting of project timelines.Analysis of client business requirements and documentation of the optimal configuration of the systems.Confirmation with client key stakeholders of requirements and ensuring outcomes being met.Configuring databases in accordance with client requirements.Developing test scripts to verify data has been successfully and correctly migrated to the systems being implemented.Completing project status reports to ensure the current status of the implementation, issues, risks and project scope are escalated to MicrOpay management where necessary and appropriately managed.Contributing to the product direction by proactively promoting new enhancements and assist in prioritising and scoping the development of each new release.Providing training sessions in products, as required.Leading a project team required to product system & functionality testing as and when required.Regular reporting, budgeting and staff performance reviews.Achievements:Developed and launched a Technical team to both support clients with our software as well as offering additional technical services. This resulted in the revenue from the division to grow from $50K to over $500K today.
