Organizer with Louisiana Survivors for Reform, a coalition of crime survivors, victims' loved ones, and allies creating change in the criminal legal system. Working with criminal justice coalitions and grassroots community efforts to reduce mass incarceration and advocate for the humanity and dignity of those incarcerated in Louisiana.

Staff coordinator for New Orleans Voices for Accountability and Safety (NOVAS), a community organization seeking to support the safe reduction of the Orleans Parish jail population and hold system stakeholders accountable. Sought opportunities to amplify community voices and facilitate collaboration with system stakeholders. Provided support for NOVAS leadership, working groups and project initiatives. Managed budget and financial expenditures of the group.

Administrative lead and facilitator of Travis Hill Rises (formerly the Welcoming Project), an initiative of the Travis Hill Schools and BreakFree Education helping system-involved youth achieve success in the New Orleans community. Managed day-to-day operations of Travis Hill Rises office. Developed and maintained client management systems. Provided direct support to young people building skills in academics, workforce readiness, and social and emotional health.

Assisted staff investigators and attorneys with pretrial preparation. Collected surveillance material, developed relationships with witnesses, and conducted legal and mitigation research. Provided direct client support and helped maintain communication between legal team and clients.

Assisted in research project led by Associate Professor Mirya Holman seeking to explore patterns of sexual misconduct perpetrated by political representatives and quantify party response to allegations of misconduct. Helped establish research design and data collection methods. Organized and analyzed quantitative and qualitative results.

Organized and processed legal documents for clients applying for visas, including but not limited to U Visas, T Visas, and VAWA applications. Conducted research on visa applications, federal government agencies, and mitigating evidence to be used in immigration court and application documents. Assisted in general organization and upkeep of office calendar and case deadlines.

Assisted in the preparation for and execution of Sasquatch! Music Festival for 3 consecutive years. Duties included assisting in backstage operations, organizing the sale of merchandise, and maintaining a safe and positive environment for festival attendees and artists.
