INSTALLS maintained a national network of contract installers which provided installation services for big box retailers, managing the dispatch / customer care from a centralized call center in Buffalo, NY. Reporting to the CEO, developed a human resources function and solely managed all recruiting, compensation, policy & procedure, benefits and employee relations for employee census that grew from 100 associates to 300.

Supervised reception and payroll, and responsible for human resources support for employee census of 110. Responsibilities included recruitment, selection and on-boarding; employee relations; worker’s compensation/risk management; benefit administration; training; and policy and procedure administration. Assisted in the closure of the facility in 2003; including development of communication strategy and sourcing of outplacement services for displaced employees.
