- Produces LA Opera Podcasts providing an accessible and educational resource for the public that features lectures and interviews with affiliated scholars, artists, and creatives to break down barriers to opera.
- Manages department payroll, purchasing, and invoicing; ensuring timely payments and maintaining vendor relationships while tracking financial obligations and income across all programs.
- Hires, onboards, and schedules all staff and contractors; prioritizing a diversity of staff and artists who reflect the communities they work in, working directly with 300+ project staff a year. Ensures department.
