Creative Operations Manager
Current- Oversee Traffic and Print Production team, including one direct report -Lead relationships with printer partners, including interviewing, vetting, and onboarding new printers, as well as troubleshooting problems. -Assist with onboarding and training of new creative staff, including full time and freelance creatives. -Assist creative leadership in sourcing and vetting new freelance talent. -Manage capacity levels of freelance and in house talent and advise leadership of creative staffing needs.-Develop unique production solutions for event invitations and other materials, from suggesting paper stocks and envelopes to recommending budget-friendly printing effects, in collaboration with creative talent and client service teams.-Handle print production, providing specs, requesting and preparing print estimates, setting delivery deadlines, tracking progress of projects. -Approve digital and hard copy printer proofs and facilitate correction of errors. Uphold quality control standards for printed materials.-Assign writing and design work to full-time and freelance creatives, setting deadlines for project delivery. Produce priority lists for Creative Directors and other creative staff as needed. -Plan production schedule timelines for all client materials, spanning from their Discovery meeting to the start of their event.
