Helped set up new office at the University of North Texas. Daily responsibilities included answering phones, maintaining email and mail correspondence, processing A/R, and liaising with university departments and facilities. I also coordinated board meetings and the annual meeting, provided general office support and maintenance, and assisted HR with screening for new hires.

Set up and hosted events at BookPeople, Texas' largest independent bookstore, which included pre-event announcements, author introductions, coordination of space and A/V equipment, catering when applicable. Post-event break down.
