Natalie has recently joined IBM and following a short transition she will assume leadership of IBM's UK&I HR and Talent Transformation practice (from Oct 2024) and become part of the Global Leadership team. In doing so, Natalie focuses on helping companies address the human challenges they face in complex business environments. Natalie has a track record of identifying innovative new offerings, incubating new businesses and rapidly growing existing solutions/businesses. She worked for EY from 2006-2024 and for the last 4-5 years was the Global Change Experience leader. Under her leadership EYs global and EMEIA Change Experience practices doubled in size within 3-4 years and she significantly grew the UK&I business. She is recognised as global thought leader and shaper of innovative solutions eg EY's Humans at Center approach.
