Ene Empower, run by Kofi Nyalimba, aims to promote the development of women leaders by increasing access to health and education, supplying menstrual products, and reducing the violence and stigma surrounding female reproductive health.Ene Empower is a registered NGO in Ghana with a 501(c)(3) fiscal sponsor in the United States.

I worked as a Sustainability Consultant within the Government Services and Impact Advisory Units at Resonance. I supported the logistical management and implementation of USAID-funded programs, managed a partnership modeling contract with a global pharmaceutical, and assisted in expanding sustainability-related business development projects with commercial clients.

At SYKES, I reported directly to the Chief Strategy Officer at SYKES, a nearly $2B Nasdaq listed leader in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) operating in 23 countries, serving hundreds of global leading brands. I developed the SYKES sustainability platform: sykes.com/sustainability and developed the first Sustainability Request for Proposal (RFP) database for all Account Teams. I worked on creating all sustainability-related content for the organization.

Medtronic LABS is a distinct business within Medtronic that maximizes social impact alongside financial sustainability. Medtronic LABS designs healthcare delivery service models with and for underserved communities that integrate digital and product technologies across the patient care continuum.I worked on exploring the potential for a community-based model of care for chronic non-communicable diseases (NCDs) that focus on the urban working poor in informal settlements in Kenya.

ROC Inc. is a 501(c)(3) focused on connecting youth around the world through education, curiosity and service. As Founder and Executive Director I was responsible for managing high school, college, international cultural exchange programs, and reporting to the ROC Inc. Board of Directors to carry out the vision.After stepping down from the Executive Director position in 2018, I moved to the Board of Directors. I advised the current Executive Director and managed ROC’s international programs in Ghana.
