I led the development of and coordinated stewardship and cultivation strategies, wrote, edited and distributed quarterly newsletters and direct mail appeals, and maintained CRM database of volunteers, donors, major donors and prospective supporters for BE. Also, I assisted in preparing annual expenditure fundraising budgets for approval as well as recorded, monitored and reported financial progress for special events and fundraising programs. Managed all coordination of event logistics for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s Great Strides Walk Program, which included 9 walk sites, and Endurance Program, which included 3 athletic fundraisers and a beer festival. Managed vendor relations, gift processing and acknowledgments as well as part of a 4 person team to develop and implement communications strategies to increase supporter cultivation and engagement. Oversaw all logistics for quarterly board meeting such as: booking conference room space and managing catering, developed meeting agenda and materials, managed meeting RSVPs, took meeting minutes and dispersed minutes afterwards in a timely manner.

Played a key role in organization's fundraising activities by assisting with event logistics and on-site management.
